Prepare bacteriostatic water

You need bacteriostatic water (BAC water) to reconstitute the powder. Don't use regular distilled water. Ask via WhatsApp where to get it.

Reconstitution — solution preparation

Add 1–2 ml of bacteriostatic water to the vial with powder. Gently rotate (don't shake) until fully dissolved. Solution should be clear, without sediment.

Calculate dose

Example: 10 mg vial + 2 ml water = 5 mg/ml concentration. Want to administer 2 mg → draw 0.4 ml (40 units on insulin syringe). Have doubts? Send calculations via WhatsApp — we'll verify.

Subcutaneous injection

Abdomen (about 5 cm from navel), thigh or back of arm. Thin insulin needle 31G, 4–6 mm. Disinfect area before and after. Rotate injection sites weekly.

Storage
